I’ll write you If I’ll be able to accept your commission and tell you how much it would cost. I reserve the right to reject a commission.

When working on your commission I will send you a first sketch. If you don’t like something please tell me at this point. I’ll still be able to make bigger changes and I want to make sure you’ll be happy with the end product.

After you approve the sketch I will only be able to make minor adjustments. I will send you updates throughout the process.TIME

Commissions are for personal use only. Unless discussed otherwise any form of commercial use is not allowed.I‘ll happily work on commercial pieces, for those I take a licensing fee depending on the scale of the project. For example : if you’re a self publishing author or a smaller content creator I will ask for a smaller licensing fee.

All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist. This includes the right to distribute, post on social media etc.

You can upload your comission to social media, ao3 etc. as long as you give proper credit.

You can crop the artwork (e.g. to use it as an icon).
You are not allowed to edit or alter the artwork in any other way.PAYMENT
I only accept paymet via PayPal
Once I accept your commission, I will send you an invoice:

Commissions under 60€ have to be paid 100% beforehand.
More expensive commissions can be paid 50% beforehand and 50% after the sketch is approved.

I will start working on your commission after the payment is received.REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your comission please tell me as soon as possible. I’ll only be able to give you a full refund if I haven’t started on your comission yet.

If you need to cancel during the sketching stage, I will calculate how much I can refund, based on the time I already spent on the commission.

No refunds after the sketch is approved.
